a bit about our cakes...

The Cake & I is dedicated to using only quality ingredients in the creation of your cake.  Using free range eggs from Jo's own happy chickens, real cream and butter, no premixes or preservatives.  Cakes can be created to allow for allergys and special dietry requirements, and arrangements can be made for flourless or nut free cakes.
